Vaughn Davis owns The Goat Farm and is its creative director. Vaughn’s an experienced CD and writer, a radio host and one of New Zealand’s best known social media professionals. He also once landed a large aeroplane on a floating ice runway in Antarctica, but that was ages ago.
Tim Dixon is a business director with a long history with Vaughn, working together on clients including Caltex and the Electoral Commission at previous agencies. On a good night Tim looks a bit like that famous actor who does the Nespresso ads. You know the one.
Natalie Gibb was our founding account director and juggles double motherhood with keeping our clients happy and our books in the black.
Mark Michel is our digital producer. Mitch’s super power is delivering digital projects on time and on budget while somehow making sure everyone has fun along the way – skills he honed at mobile startup The Hyperfactory and crowdfunding platform Boosted. Mitch has also explored Antarctica, but not at the same time as Vaughn did.
Jonathan Templeman and his company The Design Dairy turn our scribbles into lovely digital art. The Design Dairy has an awesome team of four experienced digital artists and has been a TGF partner since day 1.
Evie Mackay is our video content producer and quite possibly the most rock and roll of the lot. When not turning 6-figure production budgets into moments of onscreen loveliness, Evie produces music videos and raises her adorable son, Mack.
Josh Lindsay and his company Direct Mail Solutions handle our print production and mailhouse work. Whether it’s sending thousands of perfectly addressed letters or creating and installing a giant muddy bootprint in a client lobby, Josh’s unflappability makes him an essential part of our extended family.
Jennifer Duval-Smith at Camino is one of New Zealand’s most trusted brand strategists and PR experts. Jennifer’s relationship with the TGF team dates back to when she was Marketing Manager at the National Business Review and spent her day correcting the grammar in the ads Vaughn wrote for her.
