Tim Dixon is a business director with a long history with Vaughn, working together on clients including Caltex and the Electoral Commission at previous agencies. On a good night Tim looks a bit like that famous actor who does the Nespresso ads. You know the one.

Natalie Gibb was our founding account director and juggles double motherhood with keeping our clients happy and our books in the black.

Steph Davies is the newest kid (get it) aka account director to the farm. Also juggling mum life with a job, Steph has fluffed up her cushion and got comfortable servicing our awesome clients now that she is back in business. Her bubbly nature will put you at ease, and her can do attitude means theres nothing she won’t get stuck into (except really hot chillies, that’s off limits).

Scott Wheeler is one of Auckland’s most skilled designer and art directors. Scott’s talents range from identity design to beard grooming and he can be counted on to tell you the font someone used on a billboard from 500 metres away.

Claire O'Connell is one of the most experienced social media minds in the country. She began her social media career with Myspace in 2006 in Sydney before going on to work at both Bebo and Facebook in London before returning to New Zealand at the beginning of 2013 to run Facebook's advertising operations here. Claire very recently left Facebook, in order to put use the knowledge and experience she has gained in social media to launch her own e-Commerce business.

Mark Michel is our digital producer. Mitch’s super power is delivering digital projects on time and on budget while somehow making sure everyone has fun along the way – skills he honed at mobile startup The Hyperfactory and crowdfunding platform Boosted. Mitch has also explored Antarctica, but not at the same time as Vaughn did.

Evie Mackay is our video content producer and quite possibly the most rock and roll of the lot. When not turning 6-figure production budgets into moments of onscreen loveliness, Evie produces music videos and raises her adorable son, Mack.

Josh Lindsay and his company Direct Mail Solutions handle our print production and mailhouse work. Whether it’s sending thousands of perfectly addressed letters or creating and installing a giant muddy bootprint in a client lobby, Josh’s unflappability makes him an essential part of our extended family.
