Goats get on board with Air Chathams

New Zealand’s largest independently-owned airline, Air Chathams, has appointed The Goat Farm to work on its brand.

Air Chathams operates a fleet of turboprop-powered aircraft on routes serving the Chatham Islands, Whanganui, Kāpiti and Whakatāne, as well as a charter operation serving New Zealand and the Pacific.

CEO and director Duane Emeny says the appointment comes at an exciting time for the airline.

“In a fantastic move for Kiwi air travellers, we’re about to start an interline agreement with Air New Zealand, meaning you can book a trip that combines Air New Zealand and Air Chathams sectors, all on one ticket.”

The Goat Farm will be working alongside Air Chathams’ existing digital and social advertising partner, Tauranga-based Likeable Lab.

Goat Farm creative director Vaughn Davis says the new partnership is a dream come true for the agency. “I love aviation, and one of my most memorable flights as a young RNZAF pilot was a rescue mission to the Chathams. Even then I was blown away by the beauty of the place, and we can’t wait to introduce more Kiwis to the airline that calls it home.”
