As Aotearoa’s national electricity grid owner and system operator, Transpower needs to double its workforce over the next 10 years as New Zealand seeks a zero carbon future. Not an easy task in a low unemployment environment against international competition.
In developing a compelling employment value proposition, we consulted about 10% of existing staff, graduates and contractors to uncover what attracts people to, and keeps them at, Transpower.
Using these insights and the staff themselves, we created a video for internal and external use, website assets and a tone of voice for future recruitment advertising, with more to come!
