Transpower
Transpower needed to double its workforce in the medium term, to meet the projected growth in scale and complexity of the electricity grid as Aotearoa decarbonises.
Competition for talent and the need to remain part of conversations around resilience, investment and legislation required the brand to significantly strengthen its profile.
Over three months we met with over 100 employees across the country including Māori, women and multicultural stakeholder groups to develop the employee value proposition "Powered by you". This was executed with photography, video, copy for job listings, internal posters, grad programme material and more.
To launch “Powered by you” to the 800 staff, we designed a notebook with 800 names on its cover. Each cover was uniquely designed to place its owner’s name in the centre.

Transpower’s internal recruitment team now has a suite of imagery and messaging to create professional, consistent, on-brand recruitment advertising, saving them time and effort and ensuring they attract candidates whose values align to Transpower’s.
