Air Chathams

Air Chathams is a family-owned regional airline serving Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Whakatāne, Whanganui and of course the Chatham Islands.

Our challenge was to express the airline’s unique, can-do and sometimes quirky personality, while pointing out to travellers that many of its destinations were only served by Air Chathams.

Our brand promise "Fly somewhere different” encapsulates that, and sits at the heart of all marketing messaging. So far that’s included radio, PA announcements, magazines and an April Fool’s Day delivery of fresh kina to Auckland radio stations.
