We believe that annual reports should be just as much a reflection of your brand as a TV ad or social media post. Combining visual storytelling and clear communication of essential messaging is a TGF specialty.
Messaging and copy. We can work from supplied notes, interviews or scribbled bullet points to paint a picture of how your organisation has performed and where it's heading. We approach this as a journalist would, drawing on our team's long experience of writing feature articles and columns for New Zealand's leading magazines, newspapers and websites.
Report concept and design. The overall look of your annual report will help draw the reader in and keep them engaged as they step through your content. And if you choose to print the finished result it will also look good on your reception table! Our designers will create a look that reflects your brand and conveys your information clearly and attractively.
Production. Most annual reports we produce are outputted both as a PDF (sometimes rich / interactive) and print copy. We can manage both end to end, including print management and distribution to whatever level of quality you need.
Project management and proofreading. Attention to detail is important in all our work, but particularly when producing annual reports. We offer thorough and meticulous proofing and checking services, including external professional proof-readers for that essential final review.
